Set a Date and Time

Choose a date and time that works best for your child’s nap and feeding schedule.
Keep the party duration short (1-2 hours) to prevent your little one from becoming overstimulated and cranky.

Select a Venue

Decide on a location for the party. It can be at your home, a park, or a rented space. Make sure the venue is safe and child-friendly.

Create Invitations

Design and send out invitations to your guests with all the necessary details, including the theme, date, time, location, and RSVP information.
You can also use online invitations to make it easier for guests to RSVP.

Plan the Menu and Choose a Cake

Choose food and drinks that are easy to serve and eat.
Finger foods, cupcakes, and healthy snacks are great options. Don’t forget to account for any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Activities

Plan age-appropriate activities for the children, such as bubble blowing, face painting, or a treasure hunt. You can also set up a photo booth for memorable pictures.

Party Favours

Send your guests home with a small token of appreciation. A goodie bag with age-appropriate toys or treats is a great idea.
