For Balloon In A Box orders, please choose a delivery date at least 1 working day before your occasion in case of any delay during delivery

We can post our Balloon In A Box products to anywhere in the UK Mainland
This excludes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Highlands and the Scottish Islands
We are not able to ship outside of the UK

All of our bubble balloons are shipped via the DPD™ courier service for next day delivery, ensuring it arrives in the best possible condition.
Due to the current pandemic, your selected delivery date is not 100% guaranteed - we are not able to offer refunds if your order arrives 1 day early or 1 day late.

Balloon gifts can be collected from our location in Buxton free of charge (appointment only)
Balloon gifts can be delivered in Buxton and within a 10 mile radius free of charge

Balloon installations can be carried out in Buxton and within a 10 mile radius at no additional charge
Balloon installations can be carried out beyond a 10 mile radius for a small additional travel fee dependant on the distance
