We want all our customers to be happy. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchased, please contact us using the details at the bottom of the page.
Returns Eligibility
To return items that have been purchased from us, the following criteria must be met:
- The item must be eligible for return, see the exemptions below
- You must return the item to us within 30 days, starting from the date of delivery
- The item must be unopened, unworn or unused, in the original undamaged packaging and in a resaleable condition
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom made or personalisd products
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
- Personal care goods such as beauty products or earrings
- Hazardous materials such as liquids or gases (e.g helium)
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if any of the following occur:
- An item is defective or damaged
- An item is incorrect
- An item is damaged
When contacting us about damaged items please include a photo of the item and both the inner and outer packaging.
Exchanges
We cannot exchange items but if you change your mind about an item or items you can return them subject to the terms above, and then you can then place a new order for your preferred items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If for any reason your return cannot be accepted, we will contact you via email or phone to discuss the reasons and the options available.
